Tails Doll (テイルスドールズ) is a doll version of Tails Prower created by Dr. Eggman. Though it is a minor character within the Sonic the Hedgehog Series, the many creepypasta stories written about him made the character infamous on the Internet during the 2000s.

Sonic R[]
Tails Doll appears as an unlockable playable character in Sonic R. It is unlocked by beating it in a one-on-one race after collecting all five Sonic Tokens in Radical City and finishing in at least third place. It has poor handling and is the slowest character in the game, but is capable of gliding over water and remaining airborne for longer than other characters.
Tails' Nightmare[]
Tails Doll appears in Tails' Nightmare as the main villain and final boss.
Boss Fight[]
The Tails Doll appears after the game's final checkpoint, initially lying motionless on the ground. When the player moves past the doll, large spikes rise from the ground to enclose the arena, and the doll rises and flies to the top-left to begin the boss fight.
During the Tails Doll's first phase, it fires three projectiles at random angles in front of it, before swooping right across the screen. It then emits a wave that reverses the player's controls before moving across the ground, protected by two orbiting spheres that deal damage on contact and are capable of stun-locking the player. When it reaches the left it rises up, the player's controls returning to normal as the Tails Doll repeats the pattern.
After being hit 3 times, the Tails Doll begins repeatedly swooping across the screen - alternating between high and low swoops - as a row of spikes periodically rise above the ground.
After another 4 hits, the Tails Doll enters its final phase. It teleports to a random point along the floor in a burst of energy, only vulnerable for a moment before teleporting to a new location.
After being hit three more times, the Tails Doll slumps to the floor, the red glow disappearing from its eyes and the spikes forming the arena retracting.
Ending[]
As the player leaves to the right, the Tails Doll will fly at the player and unavoidably come into contact with them, triggering the ending as Tails wakes up. The Tails Doll is shown rising up behind Tails and roaring as the screen fades to black, but Tails is heard attacking the doll before the credits roll.
Boss Health[]
- 10 (3/4/3 hits per phase respectively)
Sonic Boom Cannon 2[]
Tails Doll appears as a playable character in Sonic Boom Cannon 2, costing 3,500 Rings to unlock. It also appears as an enemy, piloting the Egg Mobile-H.
Character Info[]
Species: Machine
1st Show: Sonic R
Any armature can tell you that the Tails Doll is just a playable character in Sonic R. The truth is that it is much more... stitched with evil, stuffed with hate, it last thing you see before you die.
Remember: Can You Feel The Sunshine?
Dialogue[]
- "Mission failed." - When hit by an obstacle.
- "Mission complete." - After completing a play.
Tails' Nightmare 2[]
Tails Doll returns as the main villain and final boss of Tails' Nightmare 2.
Health[]
- Practice: 12 (4 hits each phase, no second form)
- Easy: 15 (5 hits each phase, no second form)
- Normal: 24 (6 hits each phase)
- Hard: 28 (7 hits each phase)
- Expert: 32 (8 hits each phase)

Cheat[]
Tails Doll can be played as by typing 'puppet' into the passwords menu. Tails Doll cannot jump, grind or break cracked walls, but instead has infinite flight at a far greater speed than Tails. Item Boxes which would normally give a cheat code will instead say "Playing as the Tails Doll eh? Cheater." The boss room contains a door which returns the player to the main menu when entered.
Eggman Hates Furries[]
Tails Doll appears as the fourth boss of Eggman Hates Furries, found in a hidden laboratory at the end of a Lava Reef-esque area.
Health[]
- 9 HP
Creepypasta Museum 3D[]
Tails Doll appears in Creepypasta Museum 3D as the enemy of the minigame Tails Doll - The Seven Emeralds. Tails Doll constantly chases the player, killing them on contact.
Vs. Sonic.Exe[]
Tails Doll appears in Vs. Sonic.Exe as the opponent of Sunshine. Unlike most characters in the game, Tails Doll's graphics use renders of its Sonic R model rather than original art. Tails Doll's gem glows the colour of the arrows it is hitting - during the section of the song where the screen darkens, the gem's glow can be used to see the incoming arrows.
The 2.5 Incomplete Official Release of the game adds an additional appearance from the Tails Doll in the song Soulless, where the Tails Doll resembles its appearance in Sonic Shorts: Volume 2.
Lord X Wrath[]
Tails Doll makes a minor appearance in Lord X Wrath, added in Version 1.5 as a background character in the song Nightmare Before Christmas.
Sonic.Exe: Ring of Despair[]
Tails Doll appears in Sonic.Exe: Ring of Despair, added in the Christmas Update as an opponent with Sonic.EXE in the song Exemas.
VS Tails.EXE[]
Tails Doll appears as an opponent in VS Tails.EXE, faced in the song Nightmare.
