I Wanna Kill The Kamilia 3 is a medley-style I Wanna Be The Guy fangame, and the third game in the Kamilia series. The game is notable for its extreme difficulty, and at the time of its release was considered to be one of the hardest fangames of IWBTG.
An updated version of the game was released on 10th February 2024, adding additional content as well as making general improvements to the game.
